All subpoenas and other government issued requests regarding Momentum customers are forwarded to Subsentio, a “Trusted Third Party” agency designated pursuant to the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA), for vetting and delivery to the requesting agency. This process is designed to limit reseller liability and protect the privacy of our customers. Please forward all requests to subpoena@gomomentum.com.
