Law Enforcement Agency Requests

All subpoenas, warrants, and other government-issued requests regarding Momentum’s data or information (including customer data) are forwarded to Subsentio, Momentum’s Trusted Third-Party agency designated pursuant to the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA), for verification and delivery to the requesting agency. This process is designed to ensure timely compliance with lawful requests while protecting the privacy of our customers.

Non-Emergency Requests

Emergency Requests

• Momentum may disclose information to law enforcement in the case of an emergency where there is a danger of death or serious physical injury to a person that Momentum may have information necessary to prevent.
• Emergency requests must be submitted by calling Subsentio at (877) 510-4357 Opt.1.
• Subsentio will expedite the verification and response process directly with the requesting agency.
