All GCC High data must remain within the continental United States, and access is restricted to US-based personnel with US citizenship. GCC High supports IL4 impact level classification and enables compliance with DFARS, CMMC L2-3, NIST SP 800-171, and ITAR/EAR requirements.
Deploying a GCCH-compliant Teams Phone solution requires either a GCC High E3 license with a Teams Phone add-on or a GCC High E5 license. Direct Routing is the only method available for adding PSTN calling to a GCC High Teams environment, which means you also need a Direct Routing provider like Momentum to supply and manage the telephony infrastructure.
